The season for our girls opened on Thursday, December 5, in our gym against the team from St. Cyprian’s of Riverview.
The result was a decisive 36 to 6 victory for St. Albert’s. All of the team deserves a fine hand for their sportsmanship and play. Also a big THANK YOU to the cheerleaders for their vocal support. Our next game is today, Sunday, December 15 at Aquinas High School against the team from St. Pius X, Southgate. Please try to attend and cheer our girls to victory.
That will be the last regular season game until Sunday, January 5, 1975, at Wyandotte Catholic.
A Christmas Program will be presented by the 7th and 8th grade students of St. Albert the Great School on Thursday, December 19, at 7:00 P.M. in the School Gym.
