While the 50th anniversary celebration was over it did not prevent the 51st years festival celebration to be anything less as it was gigantic. Once again the St Albert festival redefined the suburban skyline with huge rides and giant ferris wheels. There was just so much to do for the entire family this year as the planning commission really went all out.
This was the year that we heard for certain that the school would be closing after the 2007 season next and that there would be only one more St Albert Festival, the last one, next year.
