The St. Albert Chronicle reported the following in the winter of 1975. “A great crowd showed up on Super Sunday to see the C.Y.O. Boys’ Basketball team defeat St. Norbert’s 46 to 17. High scorers of the game were Gary Zarb with 12 points and Randy Huettman with 8 points. A great half time show by the cheerleaders and Mrs. O’Connor’s drill team gave the fans a good show. This Sunday let’s see all you folks at the game; we need your support to help beat St. Sebastian. See the pictures of the game in the back of the church at each exit.”
